partner from pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections
(STI), including HIV/AIDS.
- FREE Vasectomy or Tubal Ligation for permanent sterilization.
- FREE Birth Control Knowledge. Get answers to all of your

How to TAKE CHARGE
Fill out an
application at the clinic nearest you. Get information
about birth control while you are there. Go home with condoms
in your pocket. You will get your TAKE CHARGE card in the
mail. This card is your ticket for a year of FREE condoms
and services from our clinic and your local drug store.
If you have no health insurance or if your health insurance
does not cover birth control, you may be eligible for TAKE
CHARGE. Apply at the clinic today!
The Take Charge program was designed by the State of Washington
to make birth control services and education accessible to
a wider range of the public. If you have no insurance, or
if your insurance does not cover contraception, make an appointment
TODAY to sign up for Take Charge.
