partner from pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections
(STI), including HIV/AIDS.
- FREE Vasectomy or Tubal Ligation for permanent sterilization.
- FREE Birth Control Knowledge. Get answers to all of your
questions.

How to TAKE CHARGE
Fill out an
application at the clinic nearest you. Get information
about birth control while you are there. Take Charge entitles you to a year of FREE condoms at a pharmacy
and birth control from our clinic.
If you have no health insurance or if your health insurance
does not cover birth control, you may be eligible for TAKE
CHARGE. Apply at the clinic today!
The Take Charge program was designed by the State of Washington
to make birth control services and education accessible to
a wider range of the public. You do not need parental consent nor do you need to take their income into account.
